Join CCIM Central Texas on March 25 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the Chateau Bellevue [708 San Antonio St.] for an engaging discussion on how food and beverage concepts are shaping the future of Austin’s commercial real estate.

As Austin enters a phase of “sophisticated stability,” this session connects the city’s creative DNA with core commercial real estate fundamentals. The discussion will focus on how food and beverage enhances asset value in mixed-use and high-density environments, bridging hospitality strategy with lease structuring, tenant curation, underwriting, restaurant operations, and long-term performance.
