Member Application

CCIM Candidates & Designees are members of the CCIM Institute and are encouraged to join the local chapter. As of 2022, all local chapter dues are processed through the chapter and not the institute.

Broker Affiliate members are real estate professionals that are not CCIM Designee/Candidate but wishes to join the local chapter for networking, educational & scholarship opportunities. They hold a Texas Real Estate broker or agent license.

Vendor Affiliate members are real estate professionals that are not CCIM Designee/Candidate but wishes to join the local chapter for networking, educational & scholarship opportunities. This category of membership is available for real estate professionals such as appraisers, title companies, financial institutions, architects and property managers.

Student Membership is available as a free membership for those who are students of local universities and colleges with an interest in commercial real estate. 

Dues Rates (with expiration date of 12/31/2026):
Vendor Affiliate = $250 
Broker Affiliate = $125 First Year - $250 annually after that
Candidate/Designee = $125
University/College Students = $0
