Frank Ivy - RBFCU

Frank Ivy has been Business Loan Officer for Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) for 7+ years, specializing in commercial real estate loans.  Frank’s 38 year Austin banking career includes 20 years with Community Banks, 8 years with National Banks, and 10 years with Credit Unions.  This unique background has allowed Frank to provide financing to businesses and real estate investors with conventional financing and some SBA financing.

At RBFCU, Frank has provided financing for his clients which includes residential rental properties, office condos, owner-occupied buildings/office condos, apartment complexes, office buildings, strip centers, small shopping centers, and office warehouses for business owners and real estate investors.

Frank is actively involved in the community as a member of the North by Northeast Rotary Club (Treasurer), Rotary District 5870 (Lt. Governor), CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors), and First United Methodist Church Round Rock (Finance Committee Chairman).

 Will Kiesling - Trinity Real Estate Finance

Will Kiesling is a seasoned loan producer based out of the Austin, Texas office of Trinity Real Estate Finance. He is originally from California and came to Texas in ’05 to attend Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Will graduated with a degree in finance and marketing in ’09 and began his career as an e-commerce business analyst for Frost Bank. Will transitioned into commercial real estate in 2010 with Trinity out of their San Antonio office. He relocated to Austin in late 2013 and has focused on originating fixed/floating rate loans for income-producing commercial real estate across Texas and the southwest. Will has consummated $500 MM of loans over his career with a variety of different capital markets sources including CMBS loans, banks/credit unions, life insurance company loans, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac agency loans. Will’s focus has been on middle-market real estate borrowers across Texas and his specialty is life insurance company loan placement, with 25 + origination/loan servicing relationships cultivated with various insurers including Minnesota Life, Mutual of Omaha, Genworth Life, CorAmerica Life, Symetra, Ohio National Life, and numerous others. Outside of work, Will’s family life keeps him extremely busy. Will resides in north Austin with his lovely wife Anastasia and two energetic toddlers Anabelle (2 yrs old) & William Louis (1 yr old).

Noah Marburger - BancorpSouth

Noah graduated from Texas State University in 2006 with a degree in Finance. Subsequently he started his first banking job as a personal banker with Chase Bank and within a few short months, he quickly realized a large financial institution was not a fit. He then transitioned to Prosperity Bank and learned how to underwrite loans as a credit analyst, after roughly a year in this role he was a ready to start his lending career and became a Commercial Lender at the best possible time, 2008.  Entering the commercial loan business in a recession provided Noah with some unique perspectives on loan underwriting and risk management; the lessons learned during this period would have a lasting impact on his career. 

Over the next several years, Noah worked his way up the ladder and became the youngest banking center President at his institution, a $50 billion dollar publicly traded bank.  Over his 16-year career, he has originated hundreds of millions in loan dollars, primarily investment purpose real estate but also many other assets classes from Yachts to cash value life insurance loans. 

Noah is passionate about helping others succeed; he often tells clients “if you’re not wealthier today, then you were when we met, then I’m not doing a good job”. In 2017, Noah enrolled in the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU; he went on to graduate at the top of his class in 2021. Noah is now the South Austin Market President for BancorpSouth Bank and continues to serve his clients daily to help get deals done.
