• In this course we will review first, the Commercial Lease, and then the Commercial Purchase contracts using the Texas Realtors forms as a guide.
• Our emphasis will be on the
• Typical areas of negotiation and the motivations of the parties
• areas where mistakes are often made
• Properly addressing Operating Expenses for different lease structures; who is responsible?  Who pays or reimburses?  How are expenses paid or reimbursed?
• Protecting your client, whether they be the Buyer, Seller, Landlord, or Tenant

Cliff J Bogart, CCIM   Cliff is a commercial leasing practitioner since 1979 of the Dallas, Houston and Austin Markets.  He has been an MCE course writer and instructor.  Cliff is now also a CCIM instructor teaching a CI 101 (Financial Analysis), CI 103 (User Decision Analysis) and CI Intro.
