Kevin Kimbrough, Managing Director
As a co-leader of the JLL Austin Agency Leasing team, Kevin’s primary role is to market and lease office properties on behalf of both local and Institutional owners / REIT’s, providing them with strategic leasing guidance to achieve their goals in the Austin Texas market.
Kevin currently leases approximately 2.8 million square feet of Class A office and office/flex product in Austin and the surrounding submarkets. He began his real estate career in 1999 as Director of Research at Cushman & Wakefield | Oxford Commercial, thus providing him an intimate knowledge of the Austin office market. In 2014 Kevin joined JLL to establish and co-lead their Austin office leasing team and was recognized as a Gold Achiever in 2016 and 2017 and a Top Gun in 2018 and 2019.  Kevin graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) with a Bachelor of Arts. He is on the Loop 360 Transportation Steering Committee for TxDOT and is a past ULI Young Leader Mentor, and former Board Member of  Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA).
