  • First 20 people to sign up will be able to pitch 1 commercial property for up to 2 minutes
  • Presenters need to be chapter members or CCIM designees
  • Each presenter will need to fill out this template for consistency (required if you with to show a property!) Due by 7/14/20
  • We will end the program with a "Want/Need" session after property exchange

Nick Nelson, CCIM with Commercial Industrial Properties will be our Emcee for the interactive deal-making session- "Deals & Drinks". 

Scott Phillips with Endeavor. As a member of the Acquisitions Team at Endeavor, Scott is tasked with sourcing and executing the acquisition of income-producing properties and building Endeavor’s pipeline of development opportunities.
